Marvin Leroy Mosley was the pastor of the Lehighton God’s Missionary Church, a conservative evangelical denomination. In 2003, he became pastor of God’s Missionary Church in Penns Creek. There was no parsonage, so a local family invited Mosley and his wife to live with them.
He repaid their generosity by sexually assaulting their grandaughter from the time she was seven until she was about fifteen. He then moved on to her younger sister and after her, her youngest sister. He assaulted the three sisters over the course of fifteen years.
When she was twenty-six, she went to the police, reported the abuse and told them her sisters were also abused. The police interviewed them and one reported how he had abused her. She was about ten when the abuse began. One sister did not cooperate with the investigation.
When they interviewed Mosley, he confirmed he had abused them starting with the oldest, then the middle, then the youngest. Incredibly, the Sexual Offender Assessment Board determined he did not meet the requirements to be deemed a sexual predator. However, he will be on the sex offender registry for life.
He was sentenced to six to twenty-three months and five years probation after he is released.

Republican Sexual Predators 
I don’t understand how after he admitted to sexually abusing young girls for over FIFTEEN Years that he is isn’t sentenced to life! That’s a ridiculously light sentence and to not be deemed a sexual predator is mindboggling! Time to investigate the Sexual Offender Assessment Board members. Are they all men? I’d just bet they are fundamentalist Christian nationalist rethuglican men!!!

HE SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN LIFE BUT THE PARENTS DID A PLEA BARGAIN. Only in schuylkill county can you do something like this and get a slap on the hand.
He told the one girl that what he was doing to her he would do to his own daughter.
So just think what he is doing to his daughter. A pastor that carried a bible and preached out of a bible he never opened up and read himself. Used his religion to get sexual gratification.

I suppose they didn’t want their daughter to have to testify in court, facing him again. It’s sad that they often benefit from efforts to protect their victims.
