Mayor Virgil Hebert of Wilmot, OH pleaded guilty to gross sexual imposition and sexual battery for molesting a 15-year-old boy. He was fined $5000 and sentenced to 4 to 10 years in prison. He was originally accused of rape, but the charges were reduced in the plea deal.
