1259: Dale Kenyon

Dale Kenyon

Dale Kenyon was the mayor of Clayton, New York. He was indicted for “engaging in sex acts” with a 14-year-old girl over the course of three years beginning in 2009. He was indicted in September 2017 on 22 counts of third-degree Criminal Sexual Act for the alleged abuse.

In April 2018, he pleaded guilty to one third-degree sexual act. Even though he pleaded guilty to public lewdness for exposing himself to two children in 2011, he was sentenced to six months home confinement. He died in October 2018 at 79.

Kenyon is on a frequently shared list of supposed Democratic predators that seems to have been done without any diligence as Briggs is not the only Republican identified as a Democrat. Perhaps they assume any politician in New York is a Democrat.
