Harry Jackson is the GOP-endorsed candidate for Fairfax, Virginia, School Board. He has been arrested three times for assault and battery of his wives. He had run for school board previously but dropped out when caught laughing at a student with autism.
He was arrested for assault and battery in 2007 and 2010. He was ordered to complete a mental health evaluation. The second charge was dismissed after his parole was up because he had no new offenses in that time. He was arrested against in 2018 and his wife took out a restraining order. He was ordered to take a domestic violence intervention program.
He claims his record is clean and it sort of is as he got his charges dismissed after completing diversion programs. Most people only get one diversion shot, but he’s had two.
After the press exposed his domestic violence past and the knowledge that he laughed at an autistic student, he received 83% of the vote from the Fairfax County Republicans for endorsement.
